    I suck at cooking, but my new vegetarian family has made it a necessity. This was incredibly simple to make, and they even went for leftovers - of MY cooking!! Gradually taper off the amount of lemon juice if you're making larger batches (I only used 4 tbsp when quadrupling the recipe).

    Very good! I substituted butter for the olive oil since I was out of it Kids loved it and so much healthier than canned tomato sauce. Plus, super EASY!!!!

    Added some roasted veg and a little more salt and it was perfect. Putting this in my regular rotation.

    Tasty! I added half a jalapeño and topped it with some sautéed mushrooms and nutritional yeast. Will definitely make again and maybe add some extra grilled veggies like bell pepper and onion.

    i made this for my mom, who doesnt really like green stuff, and she loves it! i added some parmesean cheese but thats the only change i made. super good! ☺

    I made some creative tweaks added a bit of cashew milk and about 1/4 cup soaked raw cashews and a tiny bit of tofu also I only had lime on hand but still came out great my three year old had no idea how much spinach he ended up eating

    So good, simple and inexpensive! We will definitely make it again. Great vegetarian dish or you could add grilled chicken.

    I put a little too much salt. Added crushed red pepper. It looks good but something is definitely missing in taste. I think I'll add some cream cheese next time with the green mixture.

    It tasted a bit off and “eh” so I added some dried Parmesan cheese that made it taste better. Looks just like the picture though which is good and the texture is nice.

    My husband and son LOVED it! I would have liked a little more flavor so I added crushed red peppers. We will definitely be making again due to how fast this can be prepared!

    The cream is amazing. I recommend to sprinkle with seasoned goat cheese or feta cheese. Yummy!

    Loved it! Added basil and kale (way more than in the recipe). Next time I will add some roasted tomatoes too. It was a hit though!
