Great dish!! Since we’re doing “lower carb,” I did not add flour to the chicken; I just stir-fried it. I also added mushrooms, a pinch of red pepper, and a dash of garlic powder. Finally, I briefly stir-fried the vegetables before adding them to the sauce. It was a quick and easy weeknight meal.
