tried it, came good, next time i add a bit more salt to the rice. i''ve put 1 squeezed lemon juice

Easy to do and delicious. Agree that less lemon juice would be better. I didn’t have cream so used some coconut milk powder and natural yoghurt. Will try it again, maybe with Greek yoghurt. Have a feeling some white wine would be good in it too. It froze well too.
