This was an unexpected hit. I didn’t have sesame seeds so omitted, and had to sub canola for peanut oil. I also left the garlic and chopped ginger in the pan, which meant reducing the total cooking time to 3 minutes. Still superb! It’s going into rotation.

Great, I didn’t have siracha so I just used chulula hot sauce. Perfect, plus the sugar snap peas I bought were great raw. I did bail on the diagonal cuts, Im not that patient.

Delicious. Can't wait to make it again, but a double portion next time. Didn't do all the steps, just fried the garlic and ginger then added the rest.madd it second time, nice, added peas and Bell peppers and nigella seeds.
