- 2 cups scallions (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 cans diced green chilies (plus juice, mild anaheim chiles, not jalapenos, unless you like it really spicy)
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce (to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (reduced fat grated)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese (finely)
