Followed directions exactly. Came out great! Will absolutely use the paprika seasoning on other veggies!

Very nice. Used frozen butternut squash (so it didn’t get as crispy) and didn’t bother to flip, otherwise followed recipe exactly.
The leftovers + red lentils + 2 teaspoons of curry powder + onions/garlic made an excellent soup the next day.

I used smoked hot paprika and it came out very well. Think I will use it as a side dish when I make my chipotle chicken tacos. May need more salt.

Recipe was good. I added 1Tbls of honey. But other than that. I love that it was quick, simple to make and tasted great. I would make it again.
