My soup turned out really good, but I did have to zhuzh it up a bit with some extra flavors (some Indian/Thai spices) — the original recipe was a bit bland. We also weren’t a huge fan of the added texture of the pomegranate seeds, but the pesto and cheese were great. We added some potato, carrot, and an apple as well.
