- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion (large, thinly sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
- 2 tsp. ginger (crushed)
- 1 tsp. spice (mixed masala)
- 400 grams tomatoes (can whole)
- 400 mL coconut milk
- 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 2 tsp. lime juice
