- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in 1/2-inch cubes)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp. McCormick® Cumin Ground
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt (McCormick® California Style, with Parsley)
- 3/4 tsp. McCormick Oregano Leaves
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper (McCormick®, Ground)
- 15 oz. white beans (undrained)
- 4.5 oz. green chiles (chopped, drained)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Stir in spices and remaining ingredients until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.

Flavirful and delicious, this is a fairly easy chili to make. I also think you could alter the recipe to include other light meats as well, and it would continue to be delicious.
