- 4 flat bread (Naan or Pita, medium 4 or 8 small to make 8 pockets)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon (juice, add more per taste)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (divided)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
- 1/2 cup black seedless grapes (sliced into half)
- 1 cup yogurt (low-fat plain yogurt, mixed with 2 tbsp water)

- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (fresh leaves, chopped, extra for garnish)
