- 8 Tbsp. red kidney beans
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. syrup (maple, honey agave, etc.)
- 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 4 tsp. chillies (crushed)
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. tomato puree
- 3 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
- cumin
- 2 buns
- 2 slices pineapple
- 1 tsp. syrup
- salad
- mint leaves (some, according to tastes)

Directions
- 1. Stir together the beans, chillies, breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, chopped oignon, tomato puree, and the spices. Crush the mix until it gets doughy.
- 2. Shape the preparation into two circles. Determine their size according to the size of the buns.
- 3. Preheat your oven on the grill setting. Put the slices of pineapple on a slightly oiled baking tray. Dust them with chopped mint leaves, cover with a thin syrup layer and let them roast until golden brown.
