Super delicious! I used veggies I had in the fridge - french beans, red bell pepper, celery leaves. Added shitake mushrooms too. I also added chili paste in sesame oil just because we want our food a bit spicier. I had carrot and spinach noodles so I used those. The result, a dish so good my hisband and I could eat it all day! Next time, I’ll top it with some toasted cashew nuts. Yum!
