    Skipped the oil, skipped the chilies, cut the butter in half and only used 2 cups of water. Absolutely perfect and couldn’t tell they were vegan. So tasty and will definitely make again.

    Good flavor. Soy sauce gave them a brown color though. Way too greasy. I had to suction off about 1/4 cup of oil off the top after they were cooked.
