Solid! Had to sub a few tablespoons of tomato paste for diced tomatoes as well as chopped carrots and parsley for peas. Turned out great, so this looks like a perfectly versatile basic curry. Thanks!

This is my all-time favorite :) I've cooked it up a many times. Every time it tastes a bit different, but always delicious. I could already convince many guests of this one :)

This is one of my favorite curries! It’s delicious and filling, has great spice, and is really easy to make. I used all the listed measurements but did a tablespoon of garam masala and curry powder each (which is still a lot) and 8oz of peas. Also used petite diced tomatoes so they broke up more in the curry. At the end I simmered for 10min and let it sit for 5!

This is a fantastic recipe and so quick and easy! I wouldn't change a thing and I'll make it again for sure. Nice and spicy too.

Great main for dinner! It was delicious and quite easy once I assembled everything first. Not liking much spicy heat, I used 1/4 tsp. chili pepper instead of the Cayenne. I could take that or leave it as it turned out. Either way I will definitely be making this again! Thanks for sharing.

I love a good curry, and this was delicious. One thing I do like about curry is you can add any other vegetables or plant matter and it'll always turn out amaaazing! I used lentils for this recipe instead of garbanzo beans since I had them on hand, and mmm mmm mmm! So good!

As someone with limited cooking skills I still found this recipe fairly easy and the result couldn't have been more perfect, the spices really made it exceptional

Super delicious and super spicy! I omitted the peas and garbanzo beans simply because I forgot to buy them. I used purple potatoes and dark red kidney beans instead. I used the the remaining ingredients and spices that the recipe called for and I was very happy with the result. I topped my finished product with a tablespoon of mint chutney and the taste was glorious!

Delicious but I would probably use a little less cayenne pepper next time. Or top with some sour cream

It was an easy curry to make - all the girls at work asked for the recipe as it smelt delicious - I did use more potatoes ... I don't think I will use canned peas again?
