Did not turn out right at all - just tasted like coconut milk. This definitely needed sugar and maybe rice vinegar to balance it out. also, the optional salt was very much not optional

It was really really good definitely needed the salt before adding noodles though and i added sriacha along with lots of cilantro, green onions and jalapeños
I also added scallops left over from last nights dinner which was yummy too

Added some brown sugar to balance the spice as well as some carrots, peppers and summer squash. One can of coconut milk was enough for us. Yummy and very spicy! Might be nice to add some tofu next time, for protein.
