- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (cut in small pieces)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup peanuts (chopped)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar

One of our go to recipes. I typically add a diced jalapeño but since we have a toddler now, I’ve been leaving the jalapeño out. GREAT recipe and flavor!

This was a hit! the flavors were delicious and the spiciness was easy to adjust. This is very easy to modify with different proteins and veggies. Less than a week later and I'm making it again!

Delicious! Super easy to make and it's really yummy. Highly recommend the peanuts as garnish, adds a nice crunchy flavor to the noodles
