Delicious!!!
I had to modify it cause store was out of lemongrass paste. So I used a Thai paste instead.

Amazing!!! Sooo good. I used homemade vegetable stock instead of chicken stock and had to add more salt, pepper, and chili sauce at the end since it wasn't (really) spicy. But after that, delicious! 😋😋
