This was as good as any takeout! I doubled the sauce (except the sugar as I don't like my food too sweet) and added some diced red and green bell pepper. I also used chicken breast instead of thighs.

Very authentic. Used Thai Basil and it was pretty good. The sauce needs to cook down for a while.

Absolutely amazing! I did not put the spice in since I don't like spicey. 100% making this again.
