- 1 pt. cherry tomatoes (sliced into halves)
- 2 avocados (diced, & coated with 1 Tbs fresh lime juice)
- 1 cup black beans (rinsed if canned)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (favorite, more or less depending on heat preference)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt (apple cider vinegar, and pepper to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped, cilantro, or chives, use your fav)
