Followed most of your recipe but used a cheaper cut of meat due to avilibility. It tasted gread but the choice of meat coused toughness at certain parts. Overall, the recipe was great and the only problem was the part that I changed. It was slightly spicy but tasted sweet and great.

Followed the recipe and turned out delicious. This has become my go-to recipe.
