- 250 grams spinach (Washed and trimmed of any woody stalks)
- 200 grams canned chickpeas (A small can, drained)
- 1 onion (Medium, Finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds (Crushed in a pestle and mortar)
- 1/4 tsp. tumeric
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp. rapeseed oil
