- 2 cans smoked fish (I used smoked herring from Trader Joe's)
- 1 cup onions (diced)
- 1 cup potatoes (diced and parboiled)
- 1 cup corn kernels (cut from the cob)
- 1 cup asparagus (chopped into 1/2" pieces)
- 2 cups fish stock
- 2 cups milk
- 1 lb. fish (I used cod)
- freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (divided in half, I used a mixture of parsley, thyme, oregano, and dill)
- 6 cups baby spinach (organic, and other greens, I used the organic spicy spinach blend from Trader Joe's that includes mustard greens)
