Loved this! I added diced tomatoes and didn’t have any jalapeños and it came out fabulous. This is a very healthy WFPB dinner. It will be in our dinner rotation.

This was a great dish. I made some alterations because I’m not eating spicy foods at the moment. I added zucchini and kale. I had my sister over and she loved it. It was very filling.

I made this and absolutely loved it. It wasn't over loaded with flavor. I felt healthy after eating. Their are just times when I want to eat something that has flavor but not over done and this is a recipe for something that I would need at times like that.

This was ok. The first day felt kind of bland like some reviewers stated, but the second day the flavors and seasoning was more evident. Had to add more chili powder and salt. Would make again but would need to add more seasons and stuff to it. Meat would be good if not a vegan/vegetarian. Or like tofu sausage

It was not my favorite recipe. I found it bland even with extra chili powder and added cumin. I saved it with leftover pulled pork.

Having just chili powder made it too bland, so I added garlic powder and cumin as well. Super simple to make and overall it was very delicious! Add some ground turkey if you want meat in it.

Love this recipe! I will be making this often. I was going to add sour cream and cheese but the recipe is delicious as is

Really enjoyed this. Made a few additions to it though. Added chicken, guacamole, and melted cheese on top. Enough food to feed five-six adults.
