- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (minced)
- 1 cup black beans (cooked)
- 2 cups baby spinach (fresh, roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 1 avocado (large ripe)

- 3/4 cup cilantro stems (removed)
- 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. honey (or other liquid sweetener)
