- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- 2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 tsp. Asian chili garlic sauce (or more to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (minced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced fine)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh basil (cut into a chiffonade)
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp

Directions
- Use for 1 pound of cooked shrimp. Mix all ingredients except shrimp together. Pour the mixture over cooked shrimp. Toss to cover shrimp while still warm and serve immediately. Enjoy!
