  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 1 teaspoon Asian chili garlic sauce (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced fine)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil (cut into a chiffonade)
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
