This turned out awesome! Great flavors, easy to make. Adding this one to the rotation!

We doubled the recipe to make 6 servings, (2 tacos each), using 1.5 lbs of frozen shrimp. Very very tasty, lots of flavor but not too spicy. The only adjustment I made was to add tsp or so of cornstarch dissolved in cold water at the end of the shrimp’s cooking so that the marinade thickened into a sauce that nicely coated the shrimp.

These were great. Marinated for 3 hours. Will marinade longer next time for more flavor.

Great recipe, though I don’t love shrimp as a main protein. Excellent flavour nonetheless!

Omg amazing. My husband is a better cook than I am and even he told me to put it on our permanent cooking list. I didn't get to marinate the shrimp for long, ill have to try that next time.

Delicious, marinated the shrimp and added chicken sliced thin to marinade for 8 hours. Everyone loved it, next time will add more chicken and shrimp and double sauce

I didn't make the avocado salsa because we didn't have any avocados, but definitely will next time. The shrimp was yummy--very good flavor. I added shredded cabbage. The cilantro sauce was pretty good but not my favorite, a little bland. I will definitely make this again along with the avocado salsa, add the shredded cabbage again, and find a substitute creamy sauce. Yum!

really good, but I had to use ready salsa because had no ripe avocados and used my home made sourcream which was delicious all together, and I'll definitely make it again!!

The marinade is delicious, so simple, and great on other white fish! I add a layer of raw broccoli-slaw (or coleslaw) to add a little extra crunch to the tacos (and to sneak in some more veggies).
