Added a little salt, a little extra chili sauce to spice it up. The peanut butter made it much drier than what I would have liked. Definitely recommend this.

It has become a go to for easy delicious dinners. We love it and just use reg broccoli and onions roasted up. I like a dab more peanut butter, but yes less sugar and unsweetened, unsalted peanut butter.

Delicious sauce! I reduced the amount of sugar like other reviewers suggested, I also switched out the roasted sesame seeds for a bit of dark tahini and added some water to make it easier to mix through the noodles, I guess I could have added more lime juice or soy instead though.

This was amazing! I did cut back on the sugar a bit and am glad I did. I will totally make this again.

Very good sauce that you can make ahead and use for various purposes. I had leftover sauce and was dipping celery into it. I didn’t add the 2 extra tablespoons of soy sauce and reduced the sugar to 2T to reduce the sodium and sugar levels. I used udon noodles which only took 4 minutes to boil. I added kale to the boiling noodles instead of the broccoli rabe. After the noodles were done, I added grated carrots and steamed French green beans.

Hard to muck this one up. It's that good. I made a handful of negligent errors with the ingredients and the prep and I still effing loved it.

So yummy! I've also made this with almond butter instead of peanut butter.. Still delicious!!! Be careful not to put too much ginger.. It can be a little overpowering if you put too much (like I did the second time I made this..oops! 😳)

So good! I think this is the best thing I've ever made. I have never thought of peanut butter as a savoury ingredient but it was so delicious. I will definitely make this again :) I'm so happy vegan food can be flavourful.

Was not sure how to measure the ginger. 3 TBS of slices? I put way too much. Will try again with 2 teaspoon of ground fresh ginger.

Had this recipe with couscous instead of noodles and it was delicious. Added mushroom and sweet corn too. Would definitely make again
