- 1/4 cup furikake (Katsuo, Roasted Sesame Seed and Dried Bonito mix *found in the Japanese section of an Asian market or some grocery stores)
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. gochujang (fermented Korean chili paste*found in the Korean section of an Asian market or some grocery stores)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. miso paste (Aka, Red, *found in the Japanese section of an Asian market or some grocery stores)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 3 cups pork meat (reserved, chopped)
- 4 cups napa cabbage (or shredded Savoy)
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
- 16 oz. rice vermicelli (from an Asian market or section of the grocery store – Do not substitute gluten free rice noodles *Feel free to substitute your favorite Asian noodle instead, such as ramen)
