- 1 cup snow peas (fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger ( grated, I grated mine on the smallest holed side of a box grater)
- 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 1/2 tsp. Sriracha (Thai hot sauce – found by the other Asian products)
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast (chopped)
- 1 cup scallions (diced, green onions)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Delicious, thanks for the additional tip below! I also added a lot more of everything, particularly garlic, ginger, sriracha, & honey. Was delicious! I also used half spaghetti, half zucchini noodles.

I added a lot of extra seasoning like garlic salt, more garlic cloves, more ginger and honey and a little bit of sugar. More siracha more everything!! It needed the extra flavor. Also added some sliced cabbage and carrots and green onions. Used hot chili oil along with sesame oil and I doubled the sauce and added more noodles. The final product was delish!!
