- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- oil
- salt

Directions
- Wash the potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Cut into wedges.
- Boil water in a saucepan and add the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Mix the oregano, thyme, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika with the flour. Coat the potatoes with the spice mixture.
- Spread the potatoes out onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Bake until tender and crunchy.
