    I had some leftover chicken from another meal that I needed to use and only needed to buy the orange bell peppers to make this so I gave this recipe a try. It came out pretty delicious! I didnt really follow the measurement if the peanut butter (I went with crunchy) and probably used quite a bit more than needed, but it was so extra creamy and yummy!
