  • 100 grams unsalted cashew nuts
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion (large, finely chopped)

    This is truly amazing, phenomenal in fact. I and our guests here at el gran sueño Asturias are loving this dish. Thank you yummly, it is a truly delightful meal. I serve mine with a sauce of red pepper, shiitake mushroom and red wine: devine!
