- 75 grams hot peppers (in a jar, eg Fragata pimiento piquillo peppers, finely chopped)

- 75 grams cheeze (vegan, preferably a melting variety such as Redwood or Vegusto brands)
- 100 grams wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds (ready, mixed with 2 tbsp water)
