Great! Also made a version with cubed chicken for my carnivore son. He loved it too.

These tacos turned out great, I had some friends over and they both loved them even though they had never had tofu. I made the tortillas myself. The vegetable broth really does the trick, don’t skip it 🙂

Super simple and a great flavor. I didn’t have corn tortillas, but added steamed corn on top and it was delicious! Next time I’ll make the tofu a bit extra crispy.

I added in bell pepper, king oyster mushroom, lettuce and a dash of garlic powder. It tasted so good. I love it
