Wow. These are really, really amazing. They are so flavorful and take the Brussels sprouts in a different direction. Super easy to prepare. If you can find fresh, on the stalk Brussels sprouts, use them. The time it takes to cut them off the stalk pays you back with the more flavorful, less bitter sprouts.
