    Yum yum yum! I had kimchi in the cupboard that was just a little too hot to munch alone, so I did get a little excited when I saw this. I added some finely diced carrot with the onion and ginger and some diced cucumber at the end. Turned out so delicious. Will get more kimchi and do this again for sure!
