- 1 lb. flank steak (pound, sliced thinly)
- 1 broccoli (full head of, trim the florets into small pieces and include the stem too)
- 2 scallions (roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup bone broth (I have bone broth on hand, regular beef stock works here as well)
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil (or ghee)
- pink salt
- pepper
- 1/3 cup gluten-free tamari sauce (you can also switch our for coconut aminos if preferred)
- 1 Tbsp. almond flour (this is to act as a thickener. You can sub a tbsp of cream cheese or even a tempered egg yolk if you don’t have the flour)
- 1 red chili pepper (sliced with seeds removed, keep a couple of the seeds in to add more spice to the dish)
- 1 Tbsp. Swerve Sweetener (I prefer a less sweet sauce, add more to taste if desired)
