I made this with sweet potatoes and also added some tofu. The sweet potatoes gave it a gently sweet flavor that was yummy!

So good! It's got a nice kick and the flavors are mouth watering. I like to make a large batch so I have left overs to last me through the week. It reheats on the stove top in minutes and is so convenient to have on hand. This dish is a must try - from vegan to meat lovers it's sure to satisfy.

I was seriously skeptical about this since I'm a complete beginner in the kitchen but it was DELICIOUS!! Surprisingly delicious, even!! It's a great flavor combination (I didn't have coriander so I used dried thyme leaves instead) and I added curry powder and extra turmeric after I added the kale and it was honestly soul-meltingly good. My family LOVED it, and so did I! Thanks for the recipe!

Great recipe, and the flavor is awesome! It was easy to prepare and make, not to mention it turned out better than I expected.
