- 3 red peppers
- 2 yellow onions (medium, roughly chopped into 1″ pieces)
- 2 tsp. olive oil (drizzle of)
- 1 bell peppers (recipe’s worth of the filling from the Stuffed, recipe below)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 sweet onion (medium, finely diced)
- 1/2 cup long-grain white rice (uncooked)
- 1 cup water
- 8 oz. black olives (canned, roughly chopped)
- 12 oz. canned mushrooms (roughly chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce (use your favorite homemade or canned variety)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic (garlic powder is fine)
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (fresh)
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
