Everyone loved this! I had to make my own dry seasoning, and instead of red pepper flakes I added 3 tbs of garlic chili sauce into the sauce mixture. We like our stuff spicy. Other than that I followed exactly. (Definitely double the sauce!) Diced the chicken after it rested, then transferred back into the pan with the sauce and added cooked broccoli, served over rice. Yum indeed!

It turned out really well! I added some of the substitutes from the reviews below: cumin, red pepper flakes etc. It was a hit!

It was amazing I used lemon instead of lime and it was so good. This is gonna become a regular at the table

my partner said it was absolutely lovely, one of the best dishes I'd done.
Easy to follow not very time consuming. Will definitely be making this one of our go to meals from now on 🙂

This was excellent. I thought it would be too much lime, but it balanced perfectly.
I doubled the sauce recipe so we can pour it over the rice. I thickened up the sauce with corn starch a little too much though.

This recipe was pretty easy to follow. Instead of using the dry siracha, I created my own spice blend using garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and cumin and I seasoned the chicken for 2 hrs before cooking. I also used chicken breast since that’s what I had and it tasted great. Will make again.

My husband and I loved the flavor of the sauce. Instead of the dry Sriracha, i just used regular chili pepper seasoning and i substituted honey for agave. Lots of flavor.

Quick, easy, flavorful dinner. Loved the idea of throwing in some broccoli to sauté at the end. Will definitely make this again.

GREAT my daughter had two toddler servings. That's good since she is a picky eater. I didn't make it too hot. With side of mac n cheese for her mix veggies for me.

Yum yum yum. I had to substitute because I didn’t have the dry siracha. I used extra spicy dash instead. Absolutely delicious.

Outstanding! Would definately make this again. Used 1.5 Tbsp liquid Sriracha and 3/4 tsps soy sauce and NO SALT! The thighs browned perfectly and we added a side of garlic brocoli with red pepper flakes and a small side of sauteed cherry tomatoes in balsamic vinegar, garlic and EVOO to round it out.

Because I do not have Sriracha, I substituted precisely how Dana Pinkava recommended, and it was AH. MAY. ZING!! Just the right amount of heat, lots of flavour, and the lime really adds a little zing to it. I will be making this again!

I adjusted the recipe. A bit more acidity with lime juice. It will depend on the type of pan you are using (I use cast iron)A knob of butter is also a good idea. It helps it Carmelize and doesn’t burn as easy.

I couldn’t find sriracha seasoning, so I improvised and seasoned the chicken with paprika, chili powder and garlic powder. I doubled the marinade minus the lime and it was delicious. Overall, the chicken was tender and juicy and the sauce very flavorful.

Very good! After I was done with the chicken I threw in some broccoli florets and a little butter and sautéed them for a little veggie side dish.
