We loved it! We cut the recipe in half and used boneless skinless chicken thighs, and fresh minced garlic as well. Also, we didn’t have basil, but we did have cilantro. We used that instead, and served with chopped roasted asparagus, steamed broccoli, and cilantro cauliflower rice for me- regular white rice with cilantro for the hubby! Yum!!

This is a keeper! Chicken was tender, sauce was delicious. My 3 kids loved it! I served it with stir fried veg and rice.
