- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 cup olive oil (plus extra for the grill)

- 1 bunch salad mix (your favorite, arugula, mesclun, romaine lettuce, etc)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (see note above for nut-free)
- 1/4 cup raisins (or dried cranberries)
