- 1 Tbsp. rice wine (i used shaoxing cooking wine)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 cup water (or chicken broth)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 cups cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 5 pieces red chillies (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. green onions (chooped)
