- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 100 grams onions (chopped)
- 15 grams garlic (crushed)
- 25 grams ginger ( peeled, finely grated)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 3 chillies ( green cayenne, slit open lengthways)
- 250 grams tomatoes ( vine-ripened, chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 175 grams peas (fresh or frozen)
- 15 grams ghee
