- 28 oz. petite diced tomatoes
- 20 oz. diced tomatoes (with green chili)
- 1 cup green chili (roasted peeled and chopped, or equal amount of frozen or canned green chili)
- 1 onion (chopped small)
- 1 red bell pepper (chopped small)
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped small)
- 4 Tbsp. taco seasoning (I keep this mixture on hand at all times)
