This turned out amazing! The entire family ate this up and raved about it.
Super easy to make. I also grated a lime rind over the fish while it was cooking and added some lime juice.

Tasted great! I made a few changes though. I used flounder instead of tilapia. I omitted the cayenne pepper and added lemon pepper. I also choped fresh jalapeños to sprinkle on top :)
