- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup flour (chick pea, /regular flour)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- cayenne
- ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 4 kale leaves (stems removed and finely chopped)
- 1 handful pepitas (and sunflower seeds)
- raisins (handful of thompson)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (/ coconut oil, one for mixture and one for the skillet)
