  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (crushed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Garam Masala (your choice, I used the Mother-in-law spice I buy from the curry shop)
  • 125 milliliters cream
  • 125 milliliters evaporated milk (you could use 250ml cream instead, I just wanted to make it a bit lighter)
  • 1/2 can coconut cream
  • 100 milliliters milk (mixed with 1tbsn cornflour)
  • 1 kilogram prawns (veins removed, and shells & heads if you prefer)
  • jasmine (/Basmati Rice to serve)
  • naan bread (to serve)
