- 3 green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (shredded or diced, I used seedless, if you use a regular cucumber, try to remove as many seeds as possible)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish (prepared creamy)
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard (coarse grained)
- 2 red pepper flake (omit if you don’t want it spicy)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (omit if you don’t want it spicy)

I started my base with this recipe, deliberately went way off script on the dressing to pair flavor and turned out great. Giving 4 ⭐️ because the base recipe is solid
