Ditched the tomato paste and used 5 Roma tomatoes instead. Paired with caramelized onions and cabbage. 👍🏼

Like the others, doubled the spices and added some of my own (smoked paprika, fenugreek, oregano) and some extra veggies (celery, green pepper, spinach

It was good, I added more spices and some spinach after reading a few comments and it turned well. It's an easy go to meal

It was easy and good for a weeknight dinner. I added yellow pepper for some more veg. I used to make something very similar with chickpeas and salsa before, and I prefer that over plain tomatoes.

Absolutely delicious! I made a couple modifications. Instead of veggie broth I used vegan broth(more protein) and I also added fresh baby spinach. Will be making this again soon!

I cut this recipe in half, but used the full amount of all the spices and tomato paste. Also added 1/4 tsp paprika. Sautéed the spices and paste for 1 min before adding chickpeas and tomatoes. It comes out so flavorful!

We made this recipe because we had everything in the house that we needed to make it! It was simple, quick and very delicious! Had a great spicy kick to it and is a great and healthy way to get in a solid protein vegetarian meal!

It was excellent. Cooked exactly as recipe says but everyone added extra salt to bring out the flavours. Definitely a keeper!

This is a quick, easy go-to vegan recipe for some protein and fiber! The spice level was perfect for me. The only change was adding spinach I had.

Found this a bit bland. Had to add some soy sauce to make it more tasty. Wouldn't make again. But my husband enjoyed it!

Delicious. I added some saffron threads at the beginning for a little extra flavor and it turned out great.

Good. Next time i will add some fresh veggies to the chickpea mixture. Some spinach and peppers would liven this up. I would also increase the cumin and add cayenne. A hit with a lime segment as a garnish would make it pop.
