  • 10 Roma tomatoes (roasted, or 28 oz can diced fire roasted tomatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground sumac
  • 4 ounces coconut milk
  • roasted vegetables (Curry)
  • 1 head cauliflower (disassemble into large roasting chunks)
  • 1 head broccoli (disassemble into large roasting chunks)
  • 4 small carrots (cut lengthwise)
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
